The 2019 POP Cats festival will be featuring a giant cat playground for adults, cat artists, artisans, and major cat influencers like "Kitten Lady" Hannah Shaw and "TrapKing" Sterling Davis. The two-day event will have an epic playtime with cats, a tattoo artist giving out cat tattoos, adorable photo opportunities, meet and greets with cats and cat influencers alike, family-friendly contests and tons more!
You can definitely come just to play with all the adorable kitties on site! At the POP Cats festival, there will be over 80 different exhibitors of cat-themed merchandise and pet trusted brands to fill the entire Palmer Events Center downtown. You won't have any problems finding your kitties next new summer outfit or the best cat treats on the market! You can also browse through tons of local artists incredible cat-themed works.
Tickets for the POP Cats festival are currently on sale for $15 per day or $30 for the whole weekend. There are also Kitten Lady meet and greet passes for $40 each, but you better hurry because the meet and greet on Saturday is already sold out!
Unfortunately, your own fur babies aren't allowed at the event this year due to increased safety precautions and regulations. But there will be plenty of cats and kittens on site for adoption and playtimes! And your cat will be very grateful when you bring them home new handmade toys and gourmet treats.
A portion of profits goes toward benefitting participating cat organizations like Austin Animal Center, Austin Humane Society, Street Cat Rescue and more.
