There's a unique and Mexican-inspired festival coming to Florida that everyone is taco' about it. Tampa is hosting a free taco festival with the most delicious food ever and the best taco creations. It's not even Taco Tuesday yet and we're prepping to eat a lot of tacos.
The Tampa Taco Fest will take place on March 9th from 11 am to 6 pm. Even though the entrance to the festival is free, you'll have to buy food from the different vendors. The event will celebrate taco culture and its origins, and there will be 'muchos tacos' and 'mucha musica'.
The festival will feature more than 30 Tampa’s best restaurants, food trucks, and carts. Of course, there will be a bar station with your favorite drinks such as margaritas, tequila flights, ice cold beer, and sodas. It's going to be a big Mexican party featuring live bands, DJs, and even authentic traditional mariachi. Also, you can bring your furry friends to this festival. All dogs are welcome.
The ethnically-themed festival will bring awesome vendors such as Don Elote, Mission Taco Inc, Rocco's Tacos, La Taqueria El Nopal, Taqueria El Rico Taco, Pupuseria Atecozol, MangoMix, Taqueria Emanuel and more.
Also, a taco festival isn't complete with good dessert. Same some space for Brazilian Fun Foods and get stuffed Nutella and 'dulce de leche' churros.
If you're worried about your diet but still want tacos, come 30 minutes before and join the Taco'Bout yoga session. There will be a free 30-minute yoga session prior to the festival.
The festival will be held at Al Lopez Park located at 4810 N Himes Ave, Tampa, FL 33614.
