Taking a trip to see some of your favorite animals is always a ton of fun. This April, the Houston Zoo has given locals and tourists alike an even better reason to stop by. The second annual Brew at the Zoo event this month will be hosted by the Houston Zoo to help save animals in the wild. While you're there, you'll be able to sip on a variety of tasty, local beer from local breweries!
Brew at the Zoo will start at 7 pm and go until 10 pm on Thursday, April 25th. The event is 21+ only, so if you're used to bringing kids with you to the zoo, this is your chance for a fun night out. There are two different ticket options to choose from, one is general admission for $45, and the other is VIP admission for $60.
If you choose to go the general admission route, your ticket will include admission, a souvenir beer sampling mug, a beer passport that will allow for six beer samples, special animal encounters, and experiences, and live music. VIP admission will get you everything listed above, as well as early admission starting at 6:30 pm instead of 7 pm.
The Houston Zoo is known for all of its top favorite attractions, such as Kipp Aquarium, Carruth Natural Encounters, and the Reptile and Amphibian House. By indulging at Brew at the Zoo, you'll get to experience special presentations at all of these locations! The animal shows will have elephants, jaguars, sea lions, and more. Don't forget that you'll get to sip on a refreshing beer while you're there enjoying all the animals!
On top of everything Brew at the Zoo already has to offer, there will also be live music, a photo booth, henna stations and more. You'll be making tons of unique memories with your friends and family. The fun is truly endless and it's all for a great cause, saving animals in the wild.
