Big Bend National Park has always been known for its amazing views. While most people choose to hike or ride on horseback, we have just the solution for those who want to travel the canyons by water. Far Flung Outdoor Center not only lets you kayak through Big Bend but also lets you glamp at the parks front door.
Far Flung offers all types of adventures, ranging from a half day to four-day long trips. Visitors can travel by kayak or canoe down the river guided by experts and who knows what you might see. The shortest experience ranges from two to two and a half hours. Sometimes while on their trips, guests will run into beautiful wild horses as an extra treat.
Lunch is provided for all trips and dinner is included in overnight trips. River trips start at just $80 and work their way up to $600 depending on the length of your trip. Far Flung also offers cabin rentals that are as close as you can get to the parks front door. The rentals are suited for four people and have everything you'll need for a great stay.
To stay in one of these "Casitas" would be $180 a night and a two-night stay is required at a minimum.
