If you're hoping for a White Christmas in Vancouver, we're sad to break the news to you, but it looks like there's probably no chance of that happening. Accuweather has released their weather forecast for the week of Christmas leading up to NYE, and it's not looking pretty, literally.

Accuweather is forecasting a straight week of rain from December 24th to December 31st. There ain't no rest for the wicked, and the sun is not making an appearance in Vancouver for the Christmas holidays. Check out the weather forecast for Vancouver from Accuweather for December 23rd to 29th below.
If you were hoping that New Year's Eve would be drier so that you won't have to stumble home in the pouring rain, we have good news and bad news. During the day, there will be rain and a sleet shower in spots, but the night time will see cloudy skies, according to Accuweather. Check out the forecast below.
Fortunately, 2019 will be off to a great start because there will be sunny skies forecasted for January 1st until January 3rd, according to Accuweather.
The Canadian government also released their predictions for snowfall on Christmas Day for cities across Canada based on previous years, and their forecast is pretty consistent with Accuweather's. They predicted that there is only a 10 percent chance that it will snow in Vancouver for Christmas. Very slim.
So if you're hoping for a White Christmas in Vancouver, you should probably expect a Grey Christmas instead so that your expectations equal reality.
